•Kwara Falcons won their rescheduled game against Union Bank 57-53 on Tuesday in Lagos. The newly promoted side start the season with a perfect 2 wins from 2 after they beat Customs in their first game of the season last Friday before upsetting the Atlantic conference champions in front of their home crowd at the national stadium.

•Union Bank have now suffered 2 surprising defeats this season to Customs and Falcons and their next game will perhaps set the tone for their their season as they travel to Port Harcourt to face former double champions Royal Hoopers.

•There are 2 derby matches in Atlantic conference this Friday.
