– Hellas Verona have completed the signing of former AC Milan midfielder Urby Emanuelson on a free transfer.

– Hannover have completed the signing of Adam Szalai from Hoffenheim on a six-month loan deal with an option to buy.

– AC Milan have completed the signing of former Schalke 04 midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng.

– Charlton have confirmed the loan signing of Diego Poyet from West Ham until the end of the season.
