This week we’ve adopted the 4-3-3 as all the lads at newfanzone.com, argued it out till we finally selected this week’s Barclays Premier League team of the week (Week 16).

Formation: 4-3-3

Goal Keeper: David De Gea (Manchester United)

The Spaniard had an outstanding game against Liverpool making eight saves in the match,pick of the bunch was his save from Balotelli that he sensationally pushed onto the bar.

Right back: Hector Bellerin (Arsenal)

The young spanish defender did a great job at right-back against Newcastle United. He had a solid defensive display and was rampant down the flank,he capped off his fantastic display by setting up a goal for Olivier Giroud

Left back: Gael Clichy (Manchester City)

Clichy had a commanding performance in defence at the weekend.

Centre defender: Eliaquim Mangala (Manchester City)

The Frenchman was at his best against Leicester City,making eleven defensive clearances.

Centre defender: Michael Keane (Burnley)

The young defender was a commanding figure in the Burnley defence and was one of the main reason his team kept a clean sheet against Southampton

Central Midfielder: James Morisson (West Bromwich Albion)

Morrison was an outstanding performer at the weekend. He made threading passes and dictated the play in the middle of the pack.

Central Midfielder: Frank Lampard (Manchester City)

Lampard had a very good game against Leicester city and scored a landmark goal that took him level with Thierry Henry in the Premier league’s all time scoring charts with 175 goals.

Attacking midfielder: Juan Mata (Manchester United)

Juan Mata continued his prolific goal scoring form when he ghosted into the liverpool defence,heading home the second goal of the match. He set up the third goal of the match with his pass to Robin van Persie.

Forward: Eden Hazard (Chelsea)

The Belgian attacker was at the heart of everything Chelsea did attacking wise. He scored the first goal of the match,heading home from a lovely oscar cross and he set up Costa to score the second goal of the match.

Forward: Olivier Giroud (Arsenal)

Since his return from injury,the Frenchman has looked impressive . He scored a power header and his second goal against Newcastle was a lovely flick.

Forward: Santi Cazorla (Arsenal)

Cazorla was at his best against Newcastle United scoring two fantastic goals.
