The African Dream Project was been launched in Mauritius on Thursday 25th February by the President Faysal Bundhun at the Notre Dame de Lorette school in Port Louis in presence of the Director of the school Mrs. Rima, the secretary of the federation and President of Zone 7, Kaysee Teeroovengadum and members of the federation.
In front of the pupils of the school, Mr.Bundhun said it was really a dream to see this project come true in Mauritius and particularly in the capital of the country. “I am very happy to see this African Dream Project take birth in Port-Louis where I was living in my childhood, where I played volleyball and also where it was the heart of volleyball in the past in Mauritius. I hope that in front of me, with this project of CAVB, I can see many international players in the future. Do take advantage of this project and do learn from the coaches.” said the President of MVBA.
A distribution of balls, t-shirts and materials by Mr.Bundhun to Mrs.Rima followed the protocol ceremony and a little training session of the selected players was held afterwards.
