The FA as charged Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho with misconduct in relation to his language and/or behaviour towards the match officials in or around the dressing room area at half-time of the game between West Ham United and Chelsea on Saturday [24 October 2015].
West Ham have also been charged for failing to control their players in the 44th minute of the game. The same charge has been handed to the defending champions Chelsea “for an alleged breach in the 45th minute of the game”

Also hit with a charge is Chelsea coach Silvino Louro, he as been hit with a misconduct charge as it concerns his behaviour which eventually led to his 45th minute dismissal from the technical area by match officials.
