Sharks Football Club Coach, Gbenga Ogunbote has promised a good representation from the team in their next league fixture against Enyimba FC this weekend.
Ogunbote who was reacting to their performance during the Glo Nigeria Premier League week five fixture against Bayelsa United on thursday said the attacking lapses witnessed in the game would be corrected before the next game despite the injury worry in the team.
He stressed that the boys know what is at stake ahead of the cracker on Sunday against the two time African champions having suffered a five-two in the hands of Enyimba the last time they visited Aba.
“The game against Bayelsa united was not too good because we did not get the desire result which can be attributed to the fact that most of our strikers are injured”Ogunbote said.
Even though the team is not yet in its right element Ogunbote opined that the team can still go places this season,all they need to do is to continue to work until they get the job done.
“If you have a good team, it doesn’t matter who you play against. We have not been in the right element, we will continue to work so as to enable us give our best at all times” Ogunbote added.
